David has a proven track record and reputation in the property sector with public, private and PLC cross sectoral experience. A chartered Surveyor by profession, David has held senior board positions within UK property including Miller Homes, Persimmon Homes, Bellway Homes and Gladedale Group. David has a significant experience in private equity, debt M&A, refinancing, corporate simplification and business restructuring, working successfully with a number of lenders on distressed property work out vehicles and exit planning for stakeholders. David has advised several Private Equity and debt funds, and has both significant financial services experience and Asset Management experience of large commercial and residential portfolios, particularly with non-performing loans/assets. A strong business leader and decision maker, David has an unwavering belief in empowerment and teamwork in a framework of corporate governance. He established Ambassador Group in 2011.

After establishing and heading up the Sales & Marketing function for Ambassador Group’s Developments Division over the past 6 years, Vivi is now responsible for creating value and driving strategic growth and performance within AIM. With a deep understanding of the complexities of Real Estate and market dynamics, Vivi utilises sharp strategic acumen and creativity to ensure a unique and innovative approach to value creation and results driven sales and marketing strategies.

Senior Finance & Investment Manager

Chris holds a Masters in International Finance & Economic Policy and oversees all financial operations within AIM including supporting on sourcing, financing, asset managing and exiting assets and strategies. Chris utilises his experience and analytical expertise to perform complex investment analysis for current and pipeline projects. With a focus on relationship management, Chris is responsible for all key reporting requirements and leads on implementing and maintaining an effective Governance Framework for AIM.

Ahsan heads up the Nova Living team and is responsible for Nova’s pipeline and managing the delivery of all Nova Living projects. A qualified Quantity Surveyor Ahsan has a strong track record in both contractor and private sector roles. Ahsan has extensive experience in site acquisitions, planning gain, construction and development management. Ahsan brings a creative, forward thinking dynamic approach with years of industry experience and an entrepreneurial approach to negotiation, planning, financial and management skills.
